This course is for you! Here you will learn everything you need to move in a healthy and natural way. You can enjoy basic exercises such as the push-up, the push-up, the dip, the pull-up and the squat.
A limited capacity class for a maximum of 6 people, designed for men/women to improve fitness, endurance, muscle strength and stamina with a one-on-one instructor in a small group setting.
