Handstand
A regular three-month beginner/advanced course dedicated to the handstand from the very basics to the final handstand stamina.
We emphasize understanding the technical proportions of the exercise, strength and stretching training, and motor posture. The exercises will strengthen the brachial plexus and significantly develop shoulder mobility.
